Ministry Description: The goal of the involvement ministry is to have 100% of the membership involved in at least one ministry of the church. To accomplish this, members of the ministry prepare newcomer packets, prepare communion cups, deploy greeters, closers and ushers, bulletin writers; adopt a highway clean-up; operate the marquee. The ministry prepares newcomer packets for those visiting for the first time.

Other ministries may bring about increases in involvement as a by-product of their customary activities, but the Involvement Ministry seeks to increase involvement directly through its activities. It keeps records of who in the congregation is involved in each ministry.

Ministry is Related to and Works With: All other ministries.
